Senior Product Manager – Financial Software

Language Requirement: Fluent Mandarin (Mandarin-speaking candidate required)

1. Lead the planning, design, and iteration of the company’s core financial software products, including but not limited to: mutual funds, equities, bonds, structured products, investment tools, and client transaction systems.
2. Conduct in-depth research on the Singapore and global financial markets; fully understand the business logic, transaction processes, regulatory requirements (e.g., MAS), and risk controls across asset classes such as funds, ETFs, stocks, bonds, and structured notes.
3. Stay updated on the latest developments in internet financial applications; benchmark against leading global platforms (e.g., IBKR, Saxo, Tiger, Endowus, StashAway) and provide clear product direction, UX improvement strategies, and innovative solutions.
4. Work closely with business, operations, compliance, and engineering teams to drive the full product lifecycle—from requirements gathering and design, to implementation and launch.
5. Conduct user research, data analysis, and competitive studies to optimize user experience, streamline workflows, and increase client engagement and transaction efficiency.
6. Develop and maintain the product roadmap, manage project timelines, and ensure product delivery aligns with business goals.

1. Minimum 8 years of experience as a Product Manager, with a strong background in financial software, wealth management platforms, or trading systems.
2. Deep understanding of funds, securities, bonds, structured products, and other mainstream financial instruments in the Singapore market. Familiarity with MAS regulatory frameworks is highly preferred.
3. Solid knowledge of internet product design principles, user experience, transaction process design, and system performance requirements.
4. Ability to independently produce PRDs, wireframes, user flows, and data structure documents, and drive end-to-end product delivery.
5. Fluent in Mandarin to communicate effectively with regional teams; proficient in English for reading regulatory and technical documents.
6. Strong execution capability, analytical thinking, communication skills, and experience in cross-functional project management.
7. Based in Singapore (mandatory). Candidates with valid EP/PR preferred.

• Experience working at a brokerage, bank, EAM, fintech platform, or wealth management company
• Familiarity with trading engines, clearing & settlement systems, performance analytics, or compliance monitoring systems
• Experience building a financial product from 0 to 1
• Strong data skills (SQL / GA / Data Studio / Amplitude etc.)
