Our client is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager (IFM) to join their team!

What you'll be doing?- Lead operations: Oversee all aspects of facilities management, including maintenance, inspections, safety, and tenant services.
- Client liaison: Work closely with client representatives to manage outstanding works, defect rectification, and maintenance schedules.
- Emergency management: Supervise repairs and breakdowns, providing expert technical guidance to your team and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance: Oversee Permit-to-Work processes and conduct regular statutory inspections to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Safety champion: Manage workplace health and safety, including risk assessments and spot checks.
- Reporting and analysis: Prepare comprehensive operational reports and certify completed works.
- Customer service excellence: Handle complex tenant issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Budget oversight: Support contract administration and operational budgeting to optimize resources.
- Team development: Guide and mentor junior staff to maintain high service delivery standards.
- Strategic representation: Act as the client's representative in key discussions and high-level operational decisions.
- Experienced leader: Bring at least 5 years of experience in a senior facilities management role, with a track record of managing large-scale properties.
- Safety certified: Hold a valid Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification with at least 3 years of FSM experience.
- Project handover expertise: Demonstrate successful handover of at least two new developments in the last 5 years.
- Government experience: Preferably have 3+ years of experience providing integrated facilities management services to Government Procurement Entities (GPEs).
- Strong communicator: Excel in leadership, communication, and stakeholder management to drive successful outcomes.
- Tech-savvy: Be proficient in FM software and reporting tools to enhance operational efficiency
