Key responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the medical and dental industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, industry associations, and regulatory bodies.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the medical and dental industries.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to develop and launch new products and services.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Any other ad hoc duties as delegated by the Chief Marketing Officer.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development and sales with a demonstrable track record.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Experience or knowledge of the healthcare industry is desirable, but not required.
- Highly self-motivated and with a strong sense of ownership over his/her targets.
