Sales Support & Order Processing Executive (Work life balance / Macpherson MRT)

You will be responsible for:

Sales Support: (Do NOT need to handle sales as handled by Sales team)
  • Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery.
  • Create and issue invoices, proforma invoices, purchase orders, delivery orders, credit notes, and debit notes.
  • Maintain and update sales databases.
  • Handle billing and payment processes.

Logistics Coordination:

  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments with forwarders and couriers.
  • Handle overseas and local purchasing, including issuing POs and managing goods receiving (GRN).

Inventory Management:

  • Monitor stock levels and manage inventory accuracy.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and generate reports like Sales Inventory Reports.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
  • Minimum qualification: NITEC or Diploma
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
