SVP, POM Product Management

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President to join our POM Product Management - Collateral team. This role is located in Singapore.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Leading initiatives to successfully manage complex product life cycles, from development through marketing.
• Ensuring collaboration, communication and escalation. Provides advanced guidance on product management processes and methods to ensure products are aligned with client needs.
• Reviews final products and strategies for major project initiatives, providing direction as needed.
• Works closely with other Product Managers to align team backlogs with program vision. Participates in PI planning and other program level ceremonies.
• Ability to influence, persuade and collaborate with stakeholders, including customers without authority.
• Contributes to the achievement of team objectives.
• Participates in industry-level advocacy to help drive market-wide infrastructure and regulatory change, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree in business management or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of related experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
• Demonstrated understanding of institutional client needs in APAC.
• Proven ability to build credibility with senior client stakeholders and to manage complex, cross-functional internal coordination in support of commercial objectives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across local, regional, and global teams.
• High degree of professionalism, accountability, sound judgment, and attention to detail in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
