Product Manager HVAC / Air Conditioner

Key Responsibilities
- Manage product lifecycle from planning, development, to post-launch optimization
- Conduct competitor analysis and develop product strategies & improvement plans
- Ensure accuracy of product materials (manuals, packaging, labels, etc.)
- Coordinate with factories to monitor production progress and maintain product quality
- Handle product certifications (e.g. Safety Mark, energy efficiency) with third parties
- Keep updated with regulatory requirements and certification processes
- Develop product training materials and support internal knowledge sharing
- Support marketing materials creation (brochures, catalogs, kit books)
- Assist in company events (product launches, exhibitions, campaigns)
- Provide technical support to sales, including product selection and basic system design
- Participate in site visits and support project implementation
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (HVAC / Mechanical / Electrical or related)
- 2–5 years of experience in product management or HVAC industry
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Able to work cross-functionally and manage multiple tasks
