Job Description
  • Support the HR Payment Team to ensure timely and accurate processing of HR-related payments, reimbursements, manpower billing, and honorarium processing across all institutions and departments.
  • Ensure assigned Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.
  • Execute HR processing tasks in line with policies and relevant legislative requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, including internal shared services teams, department administrators, and business partners.
  • Propose and implement process improvements to enhance overall employee experience and operational efficiency.
  • Perform any other assigned duties or projects as required.
Job Requirements
  • Preferably at least 1 year of HR experience
  • Prior experience or knowledge in finance or payroll administration in healthcare is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word); able to handle large datasets confidently.
