Logistic Operation Executive

1. 5 days (Mon-Fri, Sat Half day)

Location: Changi

Basic Salary: $3000 - $3500

Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of air and sea freight operations, including FCL, LCL, and consolidation.
• Manage customer and internal escalations promptly with service recovery actions.
• Negotiate rates and secure space with carriers and vendors.
• Provide quotes and shipping rates to customers and overseas branches.
• Build and maintain relationships with key account customers.
• Coordinate with carriers and agents for bookings, documentation, and shipment requirements.
• Manage customs declarations and apply Incoterms knowledge.
• Prepare billing, invoicing, and other shipping documents; update customers on delivery status.

Requirements:

• Familiar with freight forwarding (air & sea) and customs procedures.
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping documentation.
