Traffic Controller

• Issue invoices for lorry related orders.
• Manage trip incentives for lorry drivers.
• Manage all driver passes (lorry and prime mover), schedule safety training, and coordinate with HR for safety course bookings.
• Manage vehicle parking, maintenance, repair and tyre-related invoices.
• Maintain driver’s claims and record in the excel, such as DHC/Safety shoe and the equipments that driver collected from workshop.
• Assist the manager with audits, safety compliance, and related documentation.
• Conduct in-house safety training for new drivers.
• Respond to driver-related matters outside of office hours when required.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills. Logistic knowledge preferred.
• Positive learning attitude, training will be provided.
