Looking for operations / logistics controller

Shift work, 2 shifts to choose from:

Option A: Monday to Friday: 7am to 4pm

Option B: Monday to Friday: 4pm - 10pm + Saturday 7am to 10pm + Sunday Allowance

Can work from home

Salary: $2200 - 3500 per month
Location: Ubi Crescent

Beyond office hours: to be contactable by phone if on duty

What you'll be doing

Quickly answers calls and emails, schedules and confirms jobs, and inputs customer data into company systems
Manage daily operations of the route and distribution activities of the fleet to ensure that customers, assets and service requirements are employed efficiently
Communicates delivery schedule to drivers daily.
Monitor jobs completion to ensure compliance and completion.
Tracking, data entry, and filing of records and paperwork.
Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues.
Plan or implement improvements to internal or external logistics systems or processes.

Benefits:

Requirements:

Must have at least 2 years experiences in logistics as a controller

Familiar with Singapore routes

Familar with lorry crane and Trailer
