Position: HR Executive [Urgent]
Job Description:
- Responsible for day to day HR and Administrative duties
- Monitor and update employee records and documents
- Administer Time Management System (TMS) and e-leave
- Process payroll support in timely manner
- Support Annual Wage & Promotion Review
- Submission for Government-paid maternity & Childcare leave, make-up claim, IR8A & IR21
- Assist in interviews and on/off boarding of employees
- Able to handle employee's enquiries
- Submit of statutory surveys
- Handle work pass applications of new, renewals, cancellation and liaise with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) for work pass related matters
- Support on manpower Headcount report
- Organize company events
- Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by Management
Job Requirements:
- Singaporean only
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource/Business
- At least 3 years related experience in a similar capacity
- Mature and independent
- Possess a pro-active work attitude with good interpersonal and communications skills with all level of staffs
- Possess a strong commitment in confidentially and discretion
- Good knowledge of local labour legislations, employment act
- Bilingual
- Knowledge of InfoTech system, and payroll

- Salary Range: $3000 to $3600
