Senior HR Executive - Geylang

Overview of Role
The Senior HR Executive will report to the Group Financial Controller and will provide the general day-to-day HR support for all aspects of the employee life cycle that includes all HR matters, Employee Benefits and Training in local and global offices.In addition, the role will provide administrative support to the local and global office when required.
Main Responsibilities- Provide full spectrum HR functions including recruitment, work pass, compensation and benefits
- Preparation of monthly payroll / IR8A / tax submission (includes reviewing of global office payroll)
- Maintain and update employee/consultant personal files, contracts and other employee information for Singapore and global office
- Review and update HR policies in Singapore and global offices when required
- Renew insurance policies and assist staff on insurance queries
- Administration of external training for employees
- Propose and implement employee well-being programs and initiatives
- Participate in HR Audits and MOM surveys
- Provide back-up support to the administrative team
- Coordinate with administrative team to provide IT support to employees for Singapore and global offices
- All other ad-hoc duties
Profile
The individual should have the following experience:
- 3-5 years relevant experience in HR generalist
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management / IHRP-CP preferred
- Experience in sole contributor role is a plus
- Understanding and practical knowledge of Singapore employment laws
- Driven, can do attitude and goal orientated with good problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Hands on, self-motivated and committed with sense of urgency
- Great communication & interpersonal skills
**This is a sole contributor role, fully work in office.
