Finance Executive - Toa Payoh

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of relevant experience in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions, and who is keen to grow their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

• Handle full spectrum of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes
• Ensure timely and accurate issuance of invoices, receipts, and payments
• Perform vendor reconciliations and process staff claims
• Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records
• Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
• Any other finance or administrative duties as assigned

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in AR and AP functions
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB, QuickBooks, etc.)
• Good understanding of accounting principles and GST requirements in Singapore
• Meticulous, organised, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
