We’re Hiring: Business Development Director – Drive Growth with GOLDMOON F&B!

GOLDMOON F&B is a dynamic and fast-growing food & beverage group with a portfolio of unique dining concepts. We are looking for a visionary and results-driven Business Development Director to lead our expansion efforts and drive strategic growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends
• Develop and execute strategic plans for outlet expansion, franchising, and brand development (local and overseas)
• Conduct feasibility studies, financial projections, and risk assessments for new ventures
• Negotiate and manage leasing contracts, joint ventures, and partnership agreements
• Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure successful project execution
• Build and maintain strong industry relationships and represent the brand at key business events

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality industry
• Proven track record in business development, project management, or strategic planning
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
