- To be responsible and accountable for the commercial management of designated store(s), maximizing sales and minimizing losses
- To be an effective member of the store management team contributing to the setting, monitoring and achieving of targets and objectives for the business unit

- To manage team member, merchandise and visual merchandise to ensure the highest standards of service is being offered
