Business Operations Specialist (Sales Operations) - up $7,500 (Tech)

Responsibilities
Sales Enablement
  • Support sales teams via the Global Help Desk, handling queries on accounts, performance tracking, knowledge, and internal tools
  • Create, maintain, and improve sales enablement materials such as playbooks, guides, and resource hubs
  • Design and conduct training on sales processes, systems, and key initiatives
  • Communicate updates on processes, tools, and systems clearly and timely
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Global Ops, SSO, TPS, Finance, Legal, etc.) to ensure consistency of sales resources
Accounts & Book of Business Management
  • Maintain account data accuracy, including tagging, updates, and hierarchy in CRM systems
  • Support account mapping, including ownership assignment and team structures
  • Manage Sales Unit (SU) setup and maintenance for accurate reporting
  • Monitor book of business health and identify gaps or inconsistencies
  • Work with sales leadership on account coverage and alignment
Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
  • Review end-to-end sales and internal processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement areas
  • Develop and implement scalable solutions to improve productivity and workflows
  • Analyze operational data and performance metrics
  • Create case studies and insights to support decision-making and improvements
  • Define and track KPIs for operational health and efficiency
  • Support automation and system improvements to reduce manual work and improve accuracy

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Analytics, or related fields
  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in Media, Digital Advertising, Business Intelligence, Revenue Strategy/Operations, Audit, or related fields
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with business operations and people
Preferred Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint (BI tools are a plus)
  • Self-motivated, proactive, independent, and driven to achieve targets and deliver projects
