Supply Chain / Business Operations Specialist (East / up to $5,200) VA

Description:

• East area
• 5 days work week, 830am - 530pm
• Basic up to $5,200 with AWS & Variable bonus

• Improve efficiency and performance across the global supply chain.
• Manage customer accounts, ensuring operational excellence and business growth.
• Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, risks, budgets, and timelines.
• Work closely with R&D and cross-functional teams on new projects.
• Develop risk mitigation and recovery plans to address project challenges.
• Ensure sufficient capacity, inventory, and material availability to meet customer demand.
• Oversee daily supply chain operations to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency.
• Drive process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
• Forecast demand and optimize inventory management.
• Lead supply chain projects and ensure successful implementation.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with customers.
• Facilitate communication and escalate critical issues when necessary.
• Maintain a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, testing, and production flow.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in end-to-end supply chain operations, including logistics, inventory control, and purchasing.
• Strong understanding of business operations, manufacturing planning, and supply chain processes.
• Knowledge of international trade compliance and regulations.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and data analysis.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
