Toa Payoh - Lead Business Analyst - Temenos Transact (T24)

Role Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Business Analyst with strong expertise in Temenos Transact (T24) to join our Singapore team. This role involves leading requirement gathering, solution design, and functional delivery across multiple T24 modules, while working closely with stakeholders and technology teams to ensure successful implementation.

• Lead business requirement discussions and translate them into high-quality functional specifications
• Provide solution expertise for Temenos Transact (T24), ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices
• Collaborate with technical teams to guide solution design and configuration
• Support SIT/UAT by preparing test scenarios, managing defect resolution, and validating business outcomes
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for stakeholders and end-users
• Mentor junior analysts and act as a key point of contact for T24 business analysis

• 15+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Temenos Transact (T24) projects, with at least 3+ years in a lead role
• Strong domain knowledge in Securities, Corporate Actions, Fees Setup, and Payment modules
• Proven track record in requirement gathering, functional design, and end-to-end project delivery in T24 environments
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives effectively
• Hands-on experience with Temenos Transact (T24) R20 or later releases preferred.
