About the Role

Intergateway Freight Pte. Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Operation Assistant to join our team in the Tampines East Region. As an Operation Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dynamic logistics operations, ensuring the efficient movement of goods and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

1. Assist with the coordination of freight transportation, including booking carriers, tracking shipments, and liaising with clients
2. Provide administrative support, such as preparing documentation, data entry, and filing
3. Help monitor and maintain inventory records to ensure accuracy and completeness
4. Contribute to the development and implementation of operational procedures and policies
5. Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a keen attention to detail
3. Familiarity with logistics operations, transportation, and inventory management processes
4. Proficiency in using office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office suite
5. A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
