Finance Executive – Accounts Receivable (1 year contract)

• Opportunity to gain strong exposure in Accounts Receivable (AR) within a fast-paced environment
• Potential for conversion to a permanent role based on performance
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Esker / Microsoft Dynamics 365)
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and build valuable finance expertise

• Posting and applying payments accurately
• Handle GIRO deduction process and billing activities
• Generate and send invoices in a timely manner
• Perform billing, collection, and reporting according to deadlines
• Conduct account and bank reconciliations
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies
• Process receipts and prepare bank-in deposits
• Handle and resolve customer queries professionally
• Liaise with customers, sales team, and auditors on enquiries
• Support month-end closing for AR function
• Participate in business process improvement and re-engineering initiatives
• Manage stakeholders effectively across departments
• Provide guidance and support to AR Assistant
• Support ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by supervisor

• Diploma in Accounting / Finance
• 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable / Accounting
• Strong knowledge of AR processes and accounting principles
• Proficient in ERP systems (Esker or Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred)
• Strong Excel skills (including VLOOKUP) and MS Office proficiency
• Good understanding of compliance and regulatory standards
• Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good time management and organizational abilities
• Team player with ability to work independently
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• 5 Days, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Candidates who can start immediately or within short notice (less than 1 month) are highly preferred
