Sales Operations Coordinator (Shipping/ Maritime)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full sales process including quotation preparation, order processing, delivery coordination, and invoicing
• Follow up on sales enquiries and quotations to achieve assigned sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Monitor customer payment schedules and follow up on outstanding invoices
• Prepare and manage full sets of shipping documentation such as delivery orders, packing lists, and invoices etc
• Coordinate with freight forwarders on shipping arrangements and ensure compliance with Incoterms
• Prepare sales reports, support exhibition participation, and carry out related sales activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 to 6 years of relevant working experience in sales operations, customer service, or related functions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
