Sales Operations Coordinator, Supply Chain (PO, Incoterms)

Our client is from a Automotive Manufacturing Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator (Supply Chain) to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and liaise with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Manage daily shipment arrangements, including purchase order processing, SAP input, scheduling, and checking invoices and delivery documents.
• Support supplier and customer management, including order backlog monitoring, forecast alignment, and relationship management.
• Perform cost analysis and monitor logistics and cargo costs to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• May be required to travel occasionally for coordination with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in logistics / supply chain studies or equivalent.
• Min 3 years’ relevant working experience in logistics, supply chain, or related operations.
• Knowledge of import/export processes, including Incoterms, invoices, and packing lists would be advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willing to travel overseas when required.
