Customer Experience Analyst (6 Months/ Up to $5000) Ref: GAS

An established MNC, which is a global provider ofmedical technologies, is seeking for a passionate and suitable candidate tojoin the team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in driving Customer Experience (CX) initiatives across APAC, with emphasis on Net Promoter Score (NPS) and digital ordering solutions
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of CX data through data gathering, verification, and cleansing activities
- Evaluate customer feedback and survey outcomes to identify trends, service gaps, and enhancement opportunities
- Generate reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for regional and local stakeholders
- Coordinate follow-up actions within the customer feedback loop to support timely issue resolution
- Support the implementation and enhancement of digital order platforms across APAC markets
- Create and maintain training resources, standard operating procedures, and onboarding documentation
- Track platform usage and customer feedback to identify areas for system and process improvements
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate project execution and stakeholder communication
- Consolidate and analyse data from multiple platforms, including CRM, ERP, and survey systems, to support business decisions
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Business Administration/Data Analytics or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Customer experience and business analytics with APAC exposure
- Good working knowledge of SAP/ Oracle will be advantageous
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
