Sales Admin Executive | Entry level/ $2700 + Fixed Allowance/ Northeast & West - Pasir Ris

Job Scope:

• Coordinate and track customer orders from start to finish (negotiation, delivery, and payment).
• Prepare invoices, quotation, process orders, and create delivery orders.
• Provide good customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
• Handle customer enquiries and orders via phone or emails.
• Maintain and update customer database and sales records.
• Prepare reports for incoming/outgoing stock and inventory levels.
• Assist with other tasks assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements:

• Entry level is welcome; training is provided
• Relevant 1–2 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or sales coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Good interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationship
