We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join the HR Business Partnering team in supporting the full spectrum of HR operations for the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health.

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee offboarding
• Manage re-appointment and work pass renewal matters
• Assist with promotion and performance review exercises
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Handle HR communications and respond to employee queries
• Ensure HR practices comply with relevant regulations and company policies
• Provide support for other day-to-day HR matters as assigned

• Degree from a recognised institution, preferably in Human Resource Management or a related discipline
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Resourceful and self-driven with high degree of professional integrity
• Positive work attitude and a keen learner with a "can-do" mind set
• Team Player, able to consider the interest of the team and the University
• Meticulous, able to work well under pressure and commitment to meeting tight deadlines
