HR Business Partner

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with assigned business leaders to deliver HR solutions across the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations and performance management.
- Provide timely advice and guidance on HR policies, practices and employee matters.
- Prepare, analyse, and present HR reports to support management decision-making.
- Manage work pass administration and coordinate with government agencies on employment-related matters.
- Maintain accurate HR records and compliance with employment legislation and organisational policies.
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices, with the ability to apply them effectively in a business setting.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact with staff at all levels.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive, resilient, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with a continuous improvement approach.
