Senior Manager/AVP, Finance (Business Partner and Finance Transformation)

O2 Healthcare Group, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a proactive and driven candidate to join our Finance team. This role will play a critical role in driving financial oversight, operational excellence, and strategic initiatives across the organisation.
The role combines hands-on financial management, process optimisation, and project execution (including M&A and due diligence) within a dynamic healthcare environment. In addition, the role requires a tech-savvy professional who is able to leverage data analytics, automation tools, and AI-driven solutions to enhance business performance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management & Reporting
- Lead and oversee finance and reporting processes across business units
- Ensure timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Strengthen financial controls and governance standards
- Business Performance & Data Analytics
- Monitor key business and operational performance metrics
- Analyse trends, identify gaps, and recommend actionable improvements
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI) for management insights
- Leverage data analytics to support evidence-based decision-making
- Process Improvement & Digital Enablement
- Review existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements
- Drive automation initiatives using tools such as bots and AI agents
- Improve data flows, reporting systems, and operational processes
- Enhance internal controls through systemisation and digital solutions
- Strategic Projects & M&A
- Support and lead projects such as:
- Due diligence for acquisitions and investments
- Market and competitor analysis
- Business case development and financial modelling
- Work closely with senior management on strategic initiatives
- Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor junior team members
- Foster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative team culture
- Drive execution discipline and continuous improvement mindset
- Good degree from a recognised university (Business / Finance / Accounting preferred)
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Prior experience in healthcare, consulting, corporate finance, or audit is an advantage
- Strong financial and analytical capabilities
- Solid understanding of business operations and performance drivers, preferably in healthcare operations
- Experience in process improvement and project execution
- Exposure to M&A or due diligence is highly preferred
- Strong data and digital capabilities, including:
- Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Excel (advanced), or equivalent analytics platforms
- Familiarity with automation tools, bots, and AI agents for workflow optimisation
- Ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
- Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to manage and influence stakeholders
- Driven, committed, and results-oriented
- Strong problem-solving mindset with structured thinking
- Quick learner with ability to grasp complex concepts

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
