Role Description

The incumbent will be joining our team as Customer Service Officer in our subsidiary company, SH Cogent Logistics Pte Ltd. The Customer Service Officer will be responsible to lead a team, process shipping documentation and fulfil customers logistics requirement.

Duties:

  1. Join the customer service team to process order requests from customers
  2. Actively engage with customers to resolve feedback to ensure high level of satisfaction
  3. Monitor and forecast dip /surge in cargo/ material/ inventory and movement
  4. Liaise with customers on cargo/material/ inventory and other administrative and customer service duties
  5. Liaise with internal departments, vendors and third parties to process order requests from customers
  6. Maintain all shipping and tracking records of customer inventory and movement accurately
  7. Develop, maintain and submit a variety of reports periodically or as and when required
  8. Attend to customers’ requests to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  9. Perform monthly billing to customers
  10. Handle customers’ billing queries and discuss with customers on preferred billing approach
Requirements
  1. Diploma or equivalent in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or related field.
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service/ shipping documentation role in a 3PL company.
  3. Strong knowledge of shipping permit declaration procedures. Competent in using TradeNet is an advantage.
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, colleagues and external partners.
