As an Marketing Director (Luxury Retail), Student Recruitment & Marketing, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business goals and product roadmaps
• Build a cohesive marketing ecosystem across digital, content, and experiential channels
• Define brand positioning, differentiation, and market strategies with leadership
• Manage campaign calendars tied to key festivals, product launches, and peak seasons
• Lead end-to-end development of integrated campaigns across digital and offline platforms
• Oversee dashboards and KPIs (CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates) to drive performance
• Use data insights to optimize media spend, creative direction, and funnel efficiency
• Present clear performance reports and strategic recommendations to leadership
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional marketing team
• Manage creative and digital agency relationships to ensure high-quality output
• Safeguard and evolve the brand identity across all touchpoints
• Stay informed on trends in luxury, wellness, and cultural branding
