About the Role
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Business Development Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for handling enquiries, developing new business opportunities, conducting site visits, recommending suitable products, and closing sales deals.
You will promote our home improvement products, including Laundry Racks, Invisible Grilles, Zip Track, Blinds & Mesh. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or motivated individuals who want to grow in sales and business development with attractive commission and earning potential.
Key Responsibilities- Handle and follow up on customer enquiries from online and offline channels
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through referrals, partnerships, roadshows, and other sales channels
- Conduct site visits, on-site measurements, and customer consultations
- Recommend suitable product solutions based on customer needs, budget, and home layout
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and explain product details clearly to customers
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring a smooth handover to the installation team
- Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, follow-ups, and sales progress
- Build strong customer relationships and provide good after-sales support
- Support marketing and sales campaigns to expand business opportunities
- Candidates with sales or business development experience in home improvement, renovation, or related industries will have an added advantage
- Comfortable with site visits and face-to-face customer interaction
- Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently
- Basic proficiency in WhatsApp, Excel, and Google Sheets
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
- Own transport is an advantage but not mandatory
