Job Title:
Business Development Executive (Building Facade Restoration & Refurbishment )
Education Qualifications & Work Experience:
Work experience and Diploma/Degree in Construction / Property related industry.
Technical background in the Construction industry is preferred, for company’s BCA requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial and residential building market, including networking with property managers, developers, building owners, and consultants. Especially for building facade restoration and refurbishment projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive repeat and referral business.
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, project opportunities, and key competitors.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
- Maintain sales records, prospective client lists, and project pipeline management via Microsoft Office or company tools.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote company services and expand market reach.
- Collaborate with project and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and high client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles, preferably within construction, restoration, or related industries.
Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills,Self-Motivated, Results-driven, and resourceful.
Proficiency in MS Office and IT tools in an advantage.
Knowledge of Singapore's commercial and residential prosperities: in the restoration and construction market is highly valued.
