Responsibilities
  • Responsible for daily operations of the information counter, attend to customers enquires and assist with shopping mall’s promotions and redemptions
  • Handle face to face and phone calls feedbacks.
  • Assist in planning the duty roster and supervising the customer service officers.
  • Trains new staff with customer service policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manages accurate inventory of promotion merchandise.
  • Coordinate tenant's request for technical assistance with Security
  • Handle daily redemption and settlement of Marina Square Gift Voucher (MSGV) for credit cards reward program.
  • Perform mall gift vouchers sales transaction and responsible for reconciliation of daily sales takings.
Requirements
  • Minimum ‘N’ / ‘O’ / ‘A’ / Diploma level holder.
  • Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in frontline customer service or hospitality industry preferred.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Passion for customer service and possess good customer handling skills.
  • Pleasant and friendly personality.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays.
