Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for inquiries and issues raised by users.
- Ensure client and stakeholder satisfaction by minimizing rework and meeting service targets.
- Serve as a backup resource during contingency situations to ensure seamless operations.
- Review and follow up on tickets with L2 Support to ensure timely updates and resolution within SLA deadlines.
- Prepare and analyze reports to identify actionable insights that drive process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 1-2 years experience in Service Desk or IT Support role.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
