1. Warehouse Assistant Cum Delivery Assistant

Job Scope:

• Assist with loading and unloading goods for delivery to ensure efficient and safe handling of all items.
• Deliver products safely and punctually to customers while providing courteous and reliable service.
• Support receiving and inspection of incoming stock, verifying quantities and quality before storage.
• Pick, pack, and label orders accurately for shipment according to company standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, ensuring compliance with operational and safety procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Entry level are welcome to apply training is provided
• Candidates with forklift driving experience are preferred.

1. Logistic Officer

Job Scope:

• Perform administrative duties involving warehouse coordination activities - PO, DO, Invoices.
• Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders for PO delivery & container truck-in schedule.
• Ensures proper documentation not limiting to classification, sorting, filing and archiving.
• Perform data entry work to ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of information is capture in the system.
• Ensure daily warehouse operation reports are submitted accurately and timely.
• Handle inquiries from departments, suppliers, customers, colleagues and management etc.
• Track and validate invoices from service providers.
• Responsible for effective administrative/clerical function in the warehouse office.

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years of related administrative experience is a plus
• Good with MS office such as Words, Excel & PPT
• Knowledge in SAP/WMS will be advantaged

1. Supply Chain Assistant

Job Scope:

• Perform monthly stock take and ensure accuracy of inventory records.
• Configure surveillance devices, perform firmware updates, and maintain update logs.
• Monitor and manage stock locations within the warehouse.
• Record serial numbers for all incoming shipments.
• Prepare, document, and issue out equipment for deployment.
• Maintain optimal stock levels to support project and operational needs.
• Conduct basic faulty item testing and troubleshooting.
• Package and prepare items for delivery to clients/projects.
• Receive, inspect, and check incoming shipments against delivery orders.
• Manage and update the Auto Count System (inventory software).
• Support general documentation and reporting tasks for supply chain operations.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates with relevant technical aptitude are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Basic technical knowledge in electronics, IT systems, or surveillance devices is a plus.
