Customer Solutions & Innovation (CSI) is DHL’s cross-divisional commercial and innovation unit. We work closely with colleagues across the Business Units to deliver value beyond customer expectations and to build stronger relationships with key decision-makers. Our focus is on understanding our customers’ businesses and industry challenges, and on applying proven DHL solutions to address them.

We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Intern in the eRetail & Fashion sector.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Organizing business review meetings with DHL Business Units
Preparing presentation decks for monthly team meetings
Compiling Commercial reports and coordinating upcoming events in which the sector will participate, such as sub-sector focused round tables and country specific Cross Business Units Workshops.

Requirements:

Academic background in Business / Business Analytics, Supply Chain Logistics.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft office suite, including Excel (Pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional and cross-geographical teams.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail; able to assist with customer research and preparation of insights to support decision-making.
Interest for eRetail & Fashion Industry, self-motivated, and a positive, can-do attitude.
Open to students who are able to commit during: February 2026 – Dec 2026.
