Executive Assistant (Healthcare) - Toa Payoh

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join the team. In this role, you will support public health initiatives and assist in operational and administrative matters. You’ll work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and efficient support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate outreach and collaboration for public health initiatives
  • Compile statistics and assist in data analysis
  • Coordinate testing projects, including logistics, scheduling, and stakeholder engagement
  • Track and reconcile project budgets and expenses
  • Schedule and support internal audits and project meetings
  • Provide executive support including calendar management, meeting coordination, and minute-taking
  • Organise internal events and staff gatherings
  • Support general office administration, including document and record management

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma qualification in Business Administration, Public Health, or related fields
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data handling
  • Prior experience in administrative or executive support roles is an advantage
  • A team player with discretion and a proactive attitude
