(UP$2.9k) Administrative Staff (Facilities Management) | 12 Months - Bukit Merah
Location: Near One-North MRT
Working Days (5-day work week)- Mon – Thurs: 8:30am – 6:00pm
- Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
We’re looking for a hands-on and dependable Administrative Executive to support facilities operations. This role ensures smooth day-to-day facility functioning, from managing office equipment and AV systems to liaising with vendors and maintaining space usage data.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor usage of meeting rooms and workstations, and provide statistical reporting
- Support furniture, office, and meeting room equipment upkeep
- Supervise visitors/vendors for site works and deliveries
- Troubleshoot and set up AV equipment when required
- Print, laminate, and display FM advisories in the office
- Manage and follow up on cases submitted via internal reporting system
- Coordinate with vendors on issue resolution
- Handle key and lock access for rooms, cabinets, and lockers
- Assist in staff pass issuance and related duties
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Diploma holder, preferably in Facilities Management or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of AV equipment
- Able to work independently and be proactive in follow-ups
