JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bill of quantities, prepare quotation and cost estimates.
- Source for required materials and vendors, handle interim progress claim, variation of sub-contractors’ progress claims and variation orders.
- Preparation and submission of variation order and final Accounts.
- Measure and take off quantities for building, architectural and structural work elements
- Interpret and prepare M&E, architectural shop drawings, section details, building drawings, co-ordination drawings, reading specifications etc
- Able to liaise with consultants, architects, clients in the administration of projects
- Able to produce Auto cad 2D, 3D & revit drawings
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey/ Electrical Engineering/ Building Services or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in drafting of M&E / technical drawings and quantity surveying
- Must have quantity surveying experience / exposure
- Required Skill(s): Autocad 2D, Autocad3D, Revit drawings
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.
- Able to work independently under minimal supervision, self-motivated
- Must have good communication skills and well-versed in English to be able to communicate with both internal & external stakeholders
- Able to start work within short notice
