Mechanical engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Site Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical) to oversee technical operations at project sites. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in site coordination, technical troubleshooting, and ensuring that engineering work aligns with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in site engineering or project execution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Strong technical knowledge, effective communication, and sound problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.
• Familiarity with construction site procedures and industry best practices for mechanical and electrical engineering works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all on-site technical and engineering matters related to mechanical and/or electrical systems.
• Monitor and track project progress, ensuring all site activities are executed according to schedule and specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure proper implementation of design and structural details.
• Identify and resolve technical/site issues efficiently to minimize disruption and maintain workflow.
• Prepare and submit regular project status reports, including progress updates, technical challenges, and mitigation actions.
• Ensure all work carried out complies with quality standards, safety protocols, and contractual requirements.
• Perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic site environment, adapting quickly to changing project needs.
