Location: Tanjong Pagar MRTHours: Mon to Fri, 10am to 7pm.
Looking for independent, mature and good customer service IT manager to serve MNC customer.
Job Description:
Create and submit NIS tickets in SAP for payment to vendors.
Manage, configure and troubleshoot Wi-Fi System of up to 8 APs or more.
Manage, configure and troubleshoot VOIP phones for 100 users or more.
Maintain, configure and troubleshoot Advanced Video Conferencing Device in 3 meeting rooms
Configure and manage CCTV System
Configure and manage Door Access System
Maintain and troubleshoot 300 network termination points or more and IT infrastructure of the whole huge office with 100 staff or more.
Maintain and troubleshoot 3 server racks of network devices like Firewall, Level 3 Network Switch, NAS, Servers, Wireless Controller and more.
Attend to users and resolve their issues or IT requests.
Configure and record for staff onboarding or offboarding.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues including onsite and remote service.
Help to liaise or follow-up service tickets with overseas HQ IT.
Create tickets or on behalf of users.
Update, manage IT assets and information well.
Provide excellent customer service and take good care of customers.
Respond swiftly to calls, emails, text messages or any other form of communication.
Any other duties as assigned by the Management.
