IT Manager

As our IT Manager, you will be the backbone of our hotel's technology infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.

You'll be responsible for the planning, implementation, and maintenance of all IT systems, from our property management system to guest Wi-Fi and everything in between.

What you'll be doing:

• Developing and implementing the hotel's IT strategy and policies.
• Managing and maintaining all hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
• Ensuring the security and integrity of all IT systems and data.
• Providing technical support and training to hotel staff.
• Managing relationships with external IT vendors.
• Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues promptly and efficiently.
• Staying up to date with the latest technology trends relevant to the hospitality industry.
• Managing the IT budget effectively.
• Leading and mentoring any IT team members.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience as an IT Manager, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of hotel property management systems (PMS), point-of-sale (POS) systems, and other relevant hospitality technologies.
• Solid understanding of network infrastructure, cybersecurity principles, and data privacy regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach.
• A diploma in Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
