Electrical Project Manager

Job Scope:

• Lead and manage Electrical project execution within timeline and budget
• Supervise sub-contractors and ensure work aligns with drawings and specifications
• Review and coordinate Electrical and ELV drawings
• Identify and resolve technical issues across disciplines
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities
• Monitor project progress and attend site meetings
• Assign tasks to engineers and supervisors
• Ensure compliance with standards, SOP, and safety requirements

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or Diploma in similar fields.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in related fields, preferably with a subcontractor environment.

ACMV Project Manager

Job Scope:

• Manage overall ACMV project planning, schedule, and execution
• Lead project team, including engineers, supervisors, and sub-contractors
• Control project budget, claims, variation orders, and payments
• Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion
• Prepare project schedule, manpower planning, and execution plans
• Liaise with main contractor, consultants, and clients
• Ensure proper documentation and submission (shop drawings, MOS, RA, etc.)
• Oversee testing & commissioning and final project handover
• Resolve site issues and implement contingency plans
• Conduct and attend regular site meetings

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or Diploma in similar fields.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the design and installation of ACMV and BMS systems, preferably with a subcontractor environment.
