As the company continues to expand and transform within a competitive and regulated market, they are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead the strategic hiring efforts across technical, operational, and corporate functions.The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment strategy and operations, ensuring the company attracts and secures top-tier talent across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth and workforce planning goals
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters and coordinators to ensure timely and high-quality hires across technical, field, engineering, and corporate roles
- Partner with senior stakeholders to understand talent needs and provide consultative hiring support
- Strengthen employer branding strategies to position the company as an employer of choice in the energy sector
- Implement and optimize recruitment tools, ATS, and sourcing platforms for scale and efficiency
- Drive DE&I-focused hiring initiatives and ensure inclusive recruitment practices
- Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, etc.) and provide actionable insights
- Build strong talent pipelines through direct sourcing, partnerships with universities, industry groups, and executive search firms
- Stay current with market trends, workforce availability, and regulatory hiring requirements in the energy sector
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; postgraduate or professional HR qualifications (e.g., AHRI, CIPD) are a plus
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Proven experience hiring across engineering, technical, and energy-related disciplines in Australia
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior business leaders
- Data-driven mindset with experience managing recruitment analytics and reporting
- Experience leading DE&I hiring initiatives and employer branding programs
- Strong understanding of Australian labor laws and best practices in recruitment
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching abilities
