• Support the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Conduct candidate outreach and engage professionals via LinkedIn, email, and phone.
• Assist in market mapping and building candidate pipelines.
• Prepare CV summaries and candidate presentation materials.
• Collaborate closely with senior consultants to ensure successful placements.
