Job Summary

The candidate will also serve as a trusted HR advisor in engaging and communicating HR initiatives to a large workforce, while liaising closely with MOM and Union on employment-related matters.

This role is based in Tampines North.

• Partner closely with business stakeholders and operations teams to identify manpower, talent, and organizational needs, translating them into actionable HR initiatives.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding of new hires.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and provide market insights and recruitment support to ensure timely talent acquisition.
• Serve as a trusted HR advisor to employees and business leaders on HR policies, employee relations matters, and people-related challenges.
• Build strong relationships and credibility with stakeholders and employees to support employee engagement and talent management initiatives.
• Support post-engagement survey activities, facilitate discussions, and collaborate with stakeholders on action plans to improve employee engagement and workplace culture.
• Handle and resolve employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with Employment Act, company policies, and regulatory requirements while minimizing business risks.
• Liaise closely with MOM and relevant external parties on employment-related matters where required.
• Support HR operations including contract administration, confirmation, transfers, performance management, disciplinary matters, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Act as a liaison between HR Centre of Excellence and business units to ensure smooth and effective HR service delivery.
• Maintain accurate employee records and support HR reporting, analytics, and documentation.
• Foster strong collaboration within the HR team to support seamless execution of HR initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
• Champion a positive and engaging workplace culture across operations and store support centre functions.

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant HR experience with exposure to both HR business partnering/generalist functions and recruitment.
• Prior experience handling employee relations matters will be advantageous.
• Possess good understanding of Singapore Employment Act and HR practices, particularly in relation to daily employee management.
• Preferably from industries with large workforce environments and comfortable engaging employees across various levels.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Proactive, hands-on, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
