Business Development Executive [Jurong East | 5 days | up to $4500] - LCYL

• Working Hours / Days: 5 Days | 830am – 530pm
• Salary: $3400 - $4500

• This role is suited for someone who enjoys supporting business growth through coordination, communication and relationship management.
• You will work closely with senior colleagues and internal teams to assist in managing business opportunities, tenders and client engagements, while ensuring that submissions and communications are handled professionally and accurately.
• This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, with guidance and support provided.

• Attend site show rounds, site walks and tender briefings together with senior team members.
• Review tender documents and highlight key requirements for internal discussion.
• Assist in the preparation, compilation and submission of tender proposals.
• Coordinate information and documentation required for submissions.
• Follow up on tender clarifications and client enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare quotations and basic commercial proposals based on internal inputs.
• Support the maintenance of positive working relationships with existing clients.
• Ensure records, correspondence and documents are properly organised and maintained.

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering or a related discipline
• About 2–5 years of relevant experience in business development support, client servicing, tender coordination or similar roles.
• Prior experience in cleaning services, facilities management or the built-environment sector is advantageous but not compulsory.
