1. 3 Months Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and process third-party service invoices based on contract terms
• Submit invoices to Finance after stakeholder approval
• Create sales orders and coordinate with planners, warehouse, and requesters on order/inventory issues
• Prepare weekly import payment tracking reports and monthly shipping cost reports
• Provide backup support for sponsorship orders and general admin tasks
• Assist other Admin Assistants as needed

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant administrative/supply chain experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility
• SAP knowledge will be an added advantage
