Supply Chain Manager - Bukit Batok

Job Description

1. Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
2. Direct, optimize and coordination with 3rd Party Logistics and Marketplaces.
3. Designing and implementation of new fulfilment solutions catering to the client needs.
4. Liaise and negotiate with vendors.
5. Keep track of quality, quantity, orders level, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
6. Resolve any arising problems or complaints
7. Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
8. Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
9. Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
10. Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements

Account Management:

1. Serve as the link of communication between client and internal teams
2. Understanding of client’s needs and requirements
3. Continuously proposing solutions to meet client’s objectives
4. Coordinate with client’s first mile provider for any transfer order (TO) from Duty Free Warehouse to Duty Paid Warehouse.
5. Ensure all the permits declared to Singapore Custom are correct.
6. Liaise with the operation team on the incoming transfer order.
7. Creation of Purchase Orders (PO) in system for operation team to inbound.
8. Ensure the correct products are been created and listed upon request.
9. Resolve any issues and problems faced by client and deal with the escalation to maintain trust.
10. Manage the order management and customer service performance management.

• Bachelors Degree in Business Management/Supply Chain or equivalent
• At least 5 years relevant experience as Head of end to end operations in an Ecommerce Logistics company is a must.
• Experience in Commercial, PnL, Online store management and Customer service is a must.
• Well versed in SCALE WMS system is a must
• Strong client-facing experience needed
