Assistant Manager/Senior Marketing Operations Executive
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing activities, with a strong focus on event management, partnership coordination, and campaign delivery.
You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive brand visibility and enhance customer engagement across various channels.
Event Management & Partnerships- Plan and coordinate end-to-end setup for both major marketing events and internal office events.
- Support the execution of strategic event partnerships to enhance brand presence and customer reach.
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline platforms to support brand and product objectives.
- Oversee campaign performance, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and timelines,
- Collaborate with regional digital marketing team and ensure timely execution of priority actions towards achievement of country marketing KPIs
- Manage contractual and invoicing processes for client events, ensuring timely and accurate documentation and reporting.
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and expanding IDP local outreach with key education institutions in Singapore
- Lead the planning and implementation of IELTS marketing initiatives.
- Manage offline and organic digital campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Working closely with Regional Digital Marketing team to amplify IDP’s influence on digital channels to increase IELTS volume and market share.
