Airfreight Import Customer Service Manager

You will be outsourced/deployed to our client!

• Location: Alps Avenue
• Salary: $5,000 – $7,000

?️ Working Days: Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm

• Job Responsibilities:
• Lead, coach, and manage the Airfreight Import Customer Service team
• Oversee end-to-end air import operations to ensure smooth service delivery
• Monitor daily import activities, including shipment documentation, customs compliance, billing, and job closure
• Drive team performance and ensure achievement of service standards, KPIs, and SLAs
• Handle escalated customer enquiries and resolve complex service issues
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement operational enhancements
• Collaborate with Operations, Customs, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless shipment execution
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, industry regulations, and customer requirements
• Support staff development through coaching, training, and performance management

• Experience managing an Airfreight Import Customer Service team
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end air import operations and documentation
• Familiar with customs clearance requirements and import workflows
• Experience handling customer escalations and operational issues
• Proven leadership experience with KPI and SLA management
• CargoWise experience is highly advantageous
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
